" Carols Family Favorites " came about after many    years of family and friends who where always asking ,   especially during the holidays, if I where planning on making my " Cheese Ball " and if so ,could I please make a few for them. This cheese ball recipe I made up over 35 years ago never had a name, so everyone jokingly called it               " CAROLS FAMOUS CHEESE BALL "  because everyone new about them and wanted them !  I didn't want to accept money from friends and family  because this was something I ENJOYED DOING for them. But as the word spread around our small town , into surrounding communities,churches,schools and local business's, the demand grew ! With much inspiration from everyone , here we are sharing " Carols Famous Cheese Ball " with you and the rest of the country !
